Water Activities

Float / Paddle

Tie your float off and relax camp-side, or take your adventures to Center Hill Lake, Caney River, or Dale Hollow Lake. Use your own kayak, rent one locally, or book a guided kayak excursion to a magnificent waterfall. Or take it easy and reserve a pontoon boat at one of our nearby marinas.

Soak

Sit along the smooth bedrock or pack your low style camp chairs to kick back in the refreshingly cold waters surrounding the campground. We have two community spots to easily access the water, gather around a shared campfire, or enjoy a picnic on the mossy banks of the river.

Splash and Explore

The rivers onsite are shallow and full of life. Guests of all ages enjoy searching for treasures on the banks of Mine Lick Creek and Maxwell Branch. Learn about fossilized crinoids, collect a rainbow of smooth creek glass, or flip over some rocks to see nature in action.
